The full rules for Astuto's daily prize competition.

Astuto Ltd is the sole sponsor of the competition. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, the competition in any way.
Astuto runs a daily skill-based competition (the "Daily Quiz") through the Astuto mobile application, with daily and monthly prizes (sections 5 and 6).
The Daily Quiz is open to residents of the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and Mexico aged 16 or over. Prizes are currently open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Prizes for the United States, Australia and Mexico are coming soon; residents of New York, Florida and Rhode Island will not be eligible to win them.
Directors, officers, owners and employees of Astuto Ltd, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to win.
To enter, participants must complete the Daily Quiz in the Astuto app on the relevant calendar day. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. A free entry route is available at all times by downloading the free app and completing the quiz.
This is a competition of skill, not chance. Winners are determined solely on the basis of their quiz performance. The three eligible participants with the highest scores on their country's leaderboard when that day's quiz closes win that day's prizes; where scores are equal, the faster completion time ranks higher. Monthly prizes are one pool across all the countries where prizes are open: the three eligible participants with the highest monthly scores (including the streak multiplier) win that month's prizes. A participant who is not eligible to win keeps their place on the leaderboard, and the prize goes to the next eligible participant.
Astuto's decision on the winning score is final.
Prizes are Amazon.co.uk gift cards, delivered electronically. The prize for each place is shown in the app on that day's (or month's) leaderboard before the quiz opens, and that is the prize awarded for that board. Prize values may change from day to day and month to month.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Winners are notified in-app within 24 hours of the quiz closing. To claim, the winner must complete the claim form in the app, giving a valid email address and their date of birth and confirming their eligibility. Gift cards are issued electronically to that address within 5 working days of the winner confirming their details.
If a winner does not claim the prize in the app by 23:59 UK time on the 14th calendar day after the day they are notified, the prize is forfeited.
Astuto reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: uses automated tools or cheats; provides false information; or otherwise breaches these rules or the Terms & Conditions.
If a winner is disqualified after the board closes, Astuto may award that prize to the next eligible participant.
Prize winners' data (name, email, country) will be processed for the purpose of prize fulfilment in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may publish the winner's first name and country on our social channels unless they request otherwise.
These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
Astuto reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time with reasonable notice. These rules were last updated on the date shown above.
